RESERVATION POLICIES:

Payment & Terms Agreement:

Total participation fee (per person) will be based upon your room selection.

Payment Policy: A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your space. All payments are non-refundable. Prices do not include airfare, trip insurance or additional specialty items outside of the retreat inclusions.

In the event that you need to cancel because of unexpected circumstances we require that you protect your investment, with travel insurance for your trip. To purchase travel and travel health insurance, you can go to https://www.allianztravelinsurance.com (866-884-3556). Trip insurance (travel & health) is required to participate on this retreat, as Soulscape Retreats and retreat leaders are not held responsible for any unforeseen travel changes or health issues.
