The Tuscan region of Italy is known for its beauty, local wine, fresh food and more. Our week together will include daily yoga and meditation classes, along with onsite and offsite activities to fully immerse yourself in the Italian culture.

Enjoy staying in a refurbished historic estate nestled amidst vineyards and surrounded by olive groves and idyllic hills. This 800-year-old Italian hillside villa was carefully selected for its location, beauty and charm. It is the perfect place to relax and disconnect from daily routine. Our days will begin with yoga and meditation sessions to start your day fresh. All meals are included on this retreat – from the freshly made morning breakfast, to classic Italian dinners paired with local Tuscan wine.

Get ready to experience a truly transformational yoga and meditation experience, paired with delicious fresh food, wine, onsite and offsite activities, plenty of relaxation, bonding with others and so much more!
